After completed my tenth class I came to Delhi for next education, I was interested in science but cannot get it lack of some bad luck and poor performance in English. Therefore I have had arts for further education. I come from so backward region there were so different environment from Delhi. Of course my choice was Hindi medium for study but I faced so much problem luck of English knowledge. In Delhi English has mixed in Hindi for communicate; mostly people talk this linguistic system. If I talk about school environment of Delhi, this mix linguistic system had very much emerged in school. That’s why I faced some kind of problem then I realized that it deed not meter that, you are from which state, region, school, streams and whatever. If you want to create good future in city then you would be well in English like as it is important aspect of your life.

Then I take it seriously and had try to manage English for understand and communication. Now I had more focus on improving English, yes it is true that, by some day practice I cannot improve is so I had been practiced regularly. In eleventh class I did score very well if I talk about related to tenth class. This number was so motivating for me in further. Gradually I become better in English. While my twelve class result has out, it was unbelievable for me because of English number on my marks sheet, second highest number was in English. That time I filled so well.

After completed my school, now I had take admission in college but this time my choice was for English medium. I was excited for it that now I will read in fully English medium. While I started my college I seen that there had very different from school education system. College curriculum, method of teaching, relation between student and teachers had different from school. I faced lots of shortage of English vocabulary. In every subject, every pages of book, many words which had unknown foe me but still fight with it. I used dictionary as possible as. I take class test in English medium but it was so experience for me, I faced difficulty speciously in economics and political science. I had increase my practice more and more but I fill that it was not more efficient for exam. First semester exam almost near but till I affirmed. I read and remember but just few minute letters all things go out from my mind. I affair that don’t know what happened in my exam? At last finally I decided that in this exam I will write down in Hindi medium and Further I will manage with English. But this decision take me at back foot, I read in English, attended classes in English. But exam in Hindi. When I reached in final year of graduate then mostly student became aware about their future. Where are they wanted to go? Then start preparing for it. I am also one of them. I am very much interested in IAS but I know that till I am not able for this so I decide that firstly I will choice average level job which easily gated. Then I decided for bank clerk. My aim is that first I become a clerk then after it I will try for IAS. So many problem faced by me some is genuine like family support, economy support, and motivation, but one still with me which in English understandive because when I stared study for competition exam I see that in every exam English has so important subject by which they judge your English knowledge. I know that it is not impossible but it is not easy for me. Again I realize important of English, English is important in every field. So many burden on me what I can do? I face family problem so it was needed for me that I take a job as soon as, I never think about private job, I always dreamed for government job so I want to achieve my dream as soon as. Finally Mine College has end. After end of college one day I  went to at Delhi public library for study, where  I meet a parson who had been preparing for IAS. I asked to him that I have also interest in IAS but I cannot prepare for this. He asked to me why? Then I tell to him about my personal problem and I say firstly I want to achieve lower level job then I am sure I will be preparing for IAS. He was a gentle man he say me I want to suggest something for you if u want. I say” of course, you can. Then he told to me that if you want to a job before so you should go for a teacher job. Teacher job? I asked. Yes if you want to study for IAS in further then teacher job will help u more. I explain you how it is help full for you. If you become a teacher then first your economy problem go out, now you have a job for survive and other thing. So you will fill more comfortable for IAS, well” you would be a teacher and teachers always touch in education and knowledge. It is necessary for teacher so you would be need to clear basic concept of some text books which will help you in IAS because in the is exam two paper judge your basic knowledge up to secondary level. They judge you that understanding power at school. And other benefit of teacher job is that a teacher has more time according to other job so you would have more time for study. Yes you are right I say” teacher job will more helpful for me then I decided to first I became a teacher. Now I need to do b.ed which makes me able for teacher. I contacted with my friend talk about this then he say that if u want to do b.ed then fill the ip b.ed form, today was last date of submission. Therefore I filled form on last date also letter filled Delhi university b.ed form. On ip paper I again face English, the English section was not good but after result declares my name came. I used my minority certificate so easily get college then finally enroll in Ip University for b.ed. But this time I was hundred percent sure that my medium will be English in each and every case, and I did.
